    Work With Us

Our mission is to create professional communities of understanding through disability and racial justice education. At the Keri Gray Group, we provide educational tools to individuals and organizations to deepen their understanding of the intersection of disability and race. Through facilitation of constructive environments for open discussion, we create space for disabled people of color, which in turn opens pathways towards shared understanding. We instill lasting impacts on organizational culture through ongoing education, reinforcement activities and shifting leadership mindsets to be equity-driven.
