Keri Gray is a dynamic entrepreneur, facilitator, cancer survivor, and a passionate advocate for racial and disability justice. As the CEO of the Keri Gray Consulting Group, she is dedicated to fostering professional communities that are intentional and equitable, with a strong focus on racial and disability justice education. She is the founder of the National Alliance of Melanin Disabled Advocates (the NAMED Advocates), an organization that is reshaping social justice movements’ approach to ableism and building cross-movement solidarity with disabled leaders of color.
Keri has spearheaded impactful projects like the ‘Beyond Diversity’ initiative, a seven-month program that equips leaders with tools to advance organizational culture and policies. Her consulting work includes collaborations with major entities like Goldenvoice and the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, for whom she designed the ‘Accessible+ Job shadowing,’ a career development program for disabled professionals of color working in the live events industry.
Through her various roles, Keri has recruited approximately 4,000 professionals for over 100 organizations and Fortune 500 companies. She has also designed and managed programs for over 1,000 professionals that has helped participants secure competitive employment, identify transferable skills, build an influential network, and gain notable opportunities.
Keri’s work has been featured in Teen Vogue, the New York Times, People Magazine, Time Magazine, PBS NewsHour, Madamenoire, and the Diet Coke campaign #Unlabeled.

Hello. I live in the Midwest and I am a now permanently cognitively disabled woman of color that’s been abused and almost died. I have not been included or aware of any national 2023 disabled biooc events to support or empower are these disability events just for private invitation only. There all are sorts of things that’s been going on in the disability world that I have not been aware of. I know of other single women that are disabled being abused and being violated with no protection. Who is fighting for us the disabled community because I am unsure and what programs and better place to live are out here for single disabled women. Thank You…
